What we offer
- Inflammation of the glans (balanitis) and/or foreskin (posthitis)
- Causes: infection, poor hygiene, diabetes, tight foreskin
- Symptoms: redness, swelling, discharge, pain, difficulty retracting foreskin
- Treatment: hygiene, antifungal/antibiotic creams as advised
- Circumcision may be recommended for recurrent or severe cases
- Evaluation and follow-up to prevent recurrence
